Hey~ I found out why the redondo beach studio does the set up for standing bow a bit different. Apparently Bikram himself used to have it that way in the dialog and decided to change it years ago and that studio likes to keep doing it the old way. Interesting!
OMG - this rocks! It was so neat to see everyone in the huge room, flowing through the postures. Very inspiring! (Though since I just got back from vacation, my practice is total shit and I look nothing like any of those yogis!!) :-)
L- It only looks good because it is such a wide angle shot! You have NO idea how destroyed most of us were at this point!!! Hahahahaha.... I DO love seeing that big group, though, I kept wishing I could have seen what we all looked like from the podium....
